Salthill Terrace puts you 90 seconds from the promenade. Step outside, run along the coast, and be back in your apartment with a sea-view coffee before 8 a.m. The building has a secure bike store and a drying room for wet gear.

Do you need parking?
Latin Quarter Lofts have none. If you own a car, shortlist Salthill, Claddagh, or Eyre Square instead. Street parking near Shop Street is limited and expensive.
Are you bringing a pet?
Only Salthill Terrace and Claddagh Waterfront accept dogs and cats. We require a refundable pet deposit of €300 and a brief vet reference.
How long is your lease?
We offer 12-month and 24-month terms. Shorter stays are occasionally possible at Eyre Square during off-peak months. Ask us directly.
Do you work from home?
Every apartment includes 500 Mbps fibre. Claddagh and Eyre Square also have a shared co-working lounge on the ground floor, bookable by the hour at no extra charge.
What is your budget ceiling?
Our most affordable option is a Latin Quarter studio from €1,400. If your ceiling is €2,000, you can also consider a one-bed at Salthill or Eyre Square. Above €2,500 opens up the Claddagh three-beds.
Moving from abroad?
We accept international references and can arrange a video walkthrough before you arrive. A Galway-based guarantor or three months' rent in advance is required for non-Irish residents.
How we select and maintain each property
We do not manage hundreds of units. Six locations is deliberate. Each building was either purpose-built to our specification or refurbished under our direct supervision. The contractor who fitted the kitchens at Claddagh Waterfront is the same firm that services them. When a tap drips or a hinge loosens, the person who installed it comes back to fix it.
Maintenance requests go through a simple online form. Response time for urgent issues (heating failure, water leak, lock problem) averages under three hours. Non-urgent requests are handled within two working days. We track every ticket and share quarterly maintenance reports with residents so you can see exactly how your building is being looked after.
Common areas are cleaned three times a week. Landscaping at Claddagh and Salthill is handled by a Moycullen-based garden crew who know what survives Atlantic salt wind. The lobby plants at Eyre Square are real, not plastic, and they are replaced seasonally.

Viewings run Tuesday to Saturday. We show apartments individually, not in groups, so you can take your time and ask questions without pressure. Most viewings last about 25 minutes. If you already know which property interests you, mention it in your message and we will confirm availability before your visit.
You can also request a video walkthrough if you are based outside Galway. We record these on the day and send an unedited link within 24 hours.
